We collect the information you choose to provide through student applications, university program inquiries, and contact forms. This may include contact, academic, organizational, scheduling, and program-interest information.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, evaluate program fit, plan services, maintain submission records, and send confirmations and follow-up communication.

Sharing and processing

Access is limited to authorized Korea Insights administrators and service providers needed to operate the website and email. We do not ask for application documents through the MVP forms.

Retention and requests

The retention period is being finalized. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact info@koreainsights.org.

Security

Forms use Drupal security protections, access controls, rate limiting, and encrypted HTTPS transport. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
